Advertising

Clear labels. Local relevance. Editorial independence.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Advertising helps support TW7.info. Our management system separates campaign material from editorial articles and applies approval, placement and expiry controls.

Identification

Paid placements are prominently labelled “Advertisement”, “Sponsored” or another equally clear description. The commercial nature of a placement must be apparent before a reader engages with it.

Editorial independence

Payment does not buy favourable editorial coverage. Advertisers cannot approve or suppress independent reporting. Sponsored editorial is treated as a distinct paid content type and carries its disclosure throughout.

Review and refusal

Campaigns require an approved booking and creative before they can be served. We may reject or remove advertising that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, unsuitable for the local audience, technically harmful or inconsistent with applicable advertising rules.

Placement tiers and reporting

Tier 1 provides a limited premium homepage position, Tier 2 supports relevant section placements, and Tier 3 provides compact local-directory presence. Dates, locations and delivery limits are recorded in the Desk. Reporting is based on aggregate delivery and engagement totals rather than visitor profiles.
